Grand Junction Dentist Buying Candy

Here's how your kids can make a buck or two AND save their teeth this Halloween.

Once again this year, Ruby Canyon Dental is offering up the chance to swap your candy for some cold, hard cash.

They call it 'Candy Buy Back.' Which, ironically enough, is the name I used to dance under in Vegas!

Seriously, the folks at Ruby Canyon will pay for all of your Halloween treats that you don't eat. Wednesday, November 2 from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m., you and your children can stop down and turn in whatever candy you would like. The going rate is $1.00 per pound. All the candy that is 'bought' will be given to Operation Independence. There it will be included in care packages sent to our military across the globe.

It is also worth noting that you do NOT need to be an active patient there. Any and all candy, regardless of who brings it in, will be accepted.
