We recently asked our fans if they thought it was OK to be involved (romantically) with someone you work with. Here's what they had to say.

Depending on your companies policies, you may or may not be able to start a relationship with someone you work with. This can be for many reasons, like protecting against any harassment lawsuits, keep morale up in the workplace, etc.

As long as the participants keep it mature and don't bring their at-home issue to the office, then it's not a big deal. But what did our fans have to say?

The majority said it's not a good idea. They probably know most relationships can end horribly, leading to drama in the workplace.

This Facebook commenter says there's enough fish in the sea.

This commenter says, as long as you keep it drama free.

Or maybe you work in different departments, and you rarely engage at work.

Regardless of your personal feelings. It's always important to make sure you can get involved with someone you work with, and you keep your personal stuff outside of the office.
