Country Jam 2017 Kicks Off With Awesome Pre-Party at Jack’s Place

If you weren't there for the kick-off party for Country Jam 2017, you really missed out. Take a look at what went down at Jack's Place Wednesday night.I knew we were in for a good time when I made the drive out to Country Jam Ranch. Some enthusiastic fans from Utah were right in front of me. Looking at their truck, it's obvious they are planning to get a little rowdy.

The Country Jam Kickoff Party was held at Jack's Place, the Jack Daniel's saloon at the south end of the ranch. This venue is open throughout the Jam, and features live acts between shows on the main stage.

Wednesday's pre-party got underway with a return visit from Sasha McVeigh at 5:00. Things stayed pretty much on schedule with shows from Chris Bandi, Chad Bramlet, and Smithfield.

Regarding the band Smithfield; Rolling Stone Magazine named Smithfield one of the 10 Country acts you simply have to keep your eyes on in 2017. Following their performance Wednesday night, it's not hard to understand why.
