Colorado is your headquarters for knowing exactly where Santa is this Christmas.

Beginning Sunday, December 24th at midnight, you can begin to track Santa Clause in the sky as he begins his epic annual journey around the world.

With the help of NORAD, which is the North American Aerospace Defense Command, you can find out exactly when the big man will be at your house. To follow Santa's trail. simply log onto NORADSanta.org beginning at midnight on Sunday.

So, how does Colorado figure into this? Well, beginning at 4 a.m. Sunday, the NORAD Peterson Air Force Base in Colorado Springs will be on high alert for Santa and will be informing people of his whereabouts through the phone number 1-877-Hi-NORAD (446-6723,) or by email at noradtarckssanta@outlook.com.

Even modern technology is in on Santa's journey. You can also keep tabs on him on NORAD's social media accounts (including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter,) their "NORAD Tracks Santa" smartphone apps, Amazon Alexa, Cortana, and OnStar.
