In conjunction with Operation Interdependence on Armed Forces Day, Buffalo Wild Wings will co-host the Connect America Gala, supporting the United States Military. Operation Interdependence has partnered with Vets On Track for the gala happening Saturday, May 21, 2016.

The Veteran's of Foreign Wars Post 1247 will be holding an open house for medical providers that are interested in being a part of the Veteran's Choice program.

Soldiers surprising their loved ones by returning home is an internet staple that's ratcheted up a degree or two in this tear-inducing video.

The Veteran’s Art Center, located at 12th and Ute in Grand Junction, has a wonderful program for our veterans in need of healing organized by Operation Revamp, Inc.  “Helping Vets Heal” is their mission statement, but it is so much more than that.  This is a call to local Veterans, Active Military and Military family members who are interested in healing with the arts.

Ronnie Dunn recently partnered with Folds of Honor and Country Outfitter to give back to one special military family, the Bauguess', who lost their beloved father and husband during the war in Afghanistan in 2007.

Flash Mob performances are always cool, but this one involves the the United States Air Force Band at the Smithsonian's National Air and Space Museum, Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center.  What a neat holiday surprise for visitors.

Operation Interdependence, a civilian to the military non-profit organization, is collecting items for their holiday packages to the troops stationed around the world.  There are many collection points in the Grand Valley to make it easy for you to drop off your donations.
