Black Canyon Of The Gunnison National Park Open

The South Rim Visitor Center .is now open and staff cleared the snowy roadways and sidewalks.

The South Rim Ski Trail will be groomed later this week they are hoping before  Saturday. The park has quite a lot of snow.  Rangers will lead guided snowshoe walks starting on Saturday so if you want to call and make your reservations  970-249-19-14 Ext 441

Now that the Government is back in business, the National Park Service is preparing to resume regular operations through the schedule for individual parks may vary.
