America’s Got Talent Deaf Singer Lived In Colorado

A former Colorado State University student stunned everyone on America's Got Talent. Mandy Harvey got the golden buzzer.

It was the last audition of the program this week. But, it will leave its impression on you forever. Mandy Harvey did what Simon Cowell referred to as "one of the most amazing things" he has seen or heard. Mandy Harvey is a singer-songwriter. So what, right? She is also deaf.

Mandy Harvey lost her hearing when she was an 18-year-old college student at Colorado State University. Ironically enough, she was enrolled in the music program. Now 29, she decided to not give up on music and to try out for America's Got Talent.

After her performance, she received quite a standing ovation from both the audience and the judges. She automatically moves on to the live semi-finals.
